Cider and Perry campaign 2007
Essential research...

During October we are running 3 bus trips, taking in as many of our area’s cider & perry stockists as possible - at the usual bargain £4.00 fare.

On each occasion, the plan is to meet in the 1st pub from 7.00pm onwards, with the outward journey beginning at 8.00pm. Drop-offs at the end of the evening will be as close to home as is feasible.

Friday 5th October:
Starting at the Portland - then to the Britannia (New Tupton), the Hay (Shirland), and the Old Poets’ Corner (Ashover).

Saturday 20th October:
Starting at the Derby Tup - then to the Barrack (Apperknowle), the Devonshire (Middle Handley) and the Arkwright (Sutton-cum-Duckmanton).

Friday 26th October:
Starting at the Plough (Two Dales) - then to the Old Bowling Green (Winster), Boat Inn (Cromford), and the Temple Hotel (Matlock Bath).

There are still seats available for all nights - see the Socials pages for contact details. Traditional cider may also be available at the Royal Oak (Millthorpe) and the Industry (Newbold).

For further information about Branch socials or to book seats for trips etc. Please contact Mick Portman on 01246 277757 or email him here - socials@chesterfieldcamra.org.uk
